Session Rates
Couples Therapy Assessment Session:
90 minutes $195
Initial session requires a $100 deposit which is then applied to the first session fee.
All Following Couples Therapy Sessions:
75 minutes $170
Individual Therapy:
75 minutes $170
Initial session requires a $100 deposit which is then applied to the first session fee.
Side Note: I do not have a sliding scale fee, but I do see 1 pro bono client on my caseload at a time, due to their personal circumstances. Please fill out this form to be placed on a waitlist.
Out of Network Insurance:
If you would like to submit an out of network claim to your insurance company for individual sessions please notify Kelly or her administrative assistant. You are required to make the full payment at the time of the session. You will be given a superbill to submit to your insurance company and depending on your insurance plan you will be reimbursed directly for some portion of the session fee you paid.
PAYMENT
All major credit cards and HSA accounts are accepted. A card is required to put on your portal for auto debit after each session. No personal checks please.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you “no show” without kindly notifying us through a call, text or email within 24 hours of the session time, there is a $60 fee. I do understand there are exceptions at times.
